My roof developed a small leak during some recent heavy rains. I thought it might be because of the age of the roof, but they said diagnosed it as only the break in the flashing by the chimney. I had them also replace three stack vents that squirrels had feasted upon. It was all done quickly, and for a reasonable price. And I didn't need a major roof repair! Nicely done and thanks to my SF agent for recommending them.
We had a new architectural roof along with new fascia and guttering put on our house. They did a terrific job! The roof was done first and then the fascia later. There was a small issue with the fascia but it was quickly resolved. Mark was sent out to fix it. He did a phenomenal job!! It not only met my expectations - it EXCEEDED them. I spoke with Mr. Howard when I first noticed the issue and he was very nice and reassured me that it would be taken care of he wanted to make sure we were happy with their work. I would highly recommend them !!! Their prices were good and they cleaned up everything so well that you would have never known any work was done on those days. Super nice people !!
